Returns & Exchanges

At Fangamer, we want you to love your gear; if a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your apparel and place it in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items arrive at our warehouse.
